Content:
Any content posted on InkDrop Styles which includes, but, is not limited to skins, graphics and modifications is the property of InkDrop Styles and the creator/author. We do not accept any responsibility for what is posted on these forums.

You may not post, email, upload, PM, link or transfer any type of Prohibited Content that breaks any local, state, county, national or international law. Do not post any of the following prohibited content:
- Offensive and vulgar behavior toward any and all members
- Spam or pyramid schemes
- Gambling or Illicit drugs
- Distribution of Warez, CD-Keys, Serial Numbers, etc.
- Abusive, threatening, defamatory, racist, or obscene material.
- Content that infringes upon any rights (i.e. copyrights and trademarks, etc. not correctly placed in skin, layout, graphic, modification/script, etc.)
- Distribution of Viruses, hacking, Trojans or any other harmful computer software
- Pornography, nudity, or sexual material of any kind.
- Excessive profanity
- False Information
- Plagiarism (skin, layout, graphic, scripts/modifications, etc.)
- Impersonation or invasion of privacy

Accounts:
You are not allowed to have more then one account at InkDrop Styles. If found with more then one account we reserve the right to delete any and all accounts. There is only one exception. You can create a new account, but your old one, must remain in-active.

Name changes
All members qualify for a name change, which they can PM an administrator to change if...

• Warn level is less than 20%
• Member has at least 200 posts
• Member has not requested to change name in the past three months

Advertising:
You are not allowed to advertise anywhere on InkDrop Styles except in the designated sections where permission is given. The InkDrop Styles Staff reserves the right to remove any topics and/or links regarding advertisements that have not been posted in its proper area: The Board Showcase or a member's signature. Advertising via the Personal Message system is also prohibited.

Plagiarism:
Members are prohibited from posting any skin, graphic, documentation, modification or any content that has been copyrighted to another member with the correct crediting.
Members are prohibited from editing any content without the consent of the item's original author/creator.
Members are prohibited from claiming any work, that is either not their own or copyrighted, as their own.

Administration:
You agree that the Administration has the final word on anything and/or everything pertaining to this forum. The administration consists of the Senior Administrator and the Administrator member groups.
